Stress blocks spirit-based manifesting because it puts your mind and body in the exact opposite energetic state needed to create.
When you are stressed:
— your body and brain are in survival mode. This shuts you down, and is the antithesis energy for manifesting.
— your mind focuses on lack. You need the energetic state of “openness” and “abundance” to manifest.
— you are disconnected from your intuition. And cannot follow the prompts of inspired action.
— it inhibits your ability to hold your desired state. You are unable to feel love — and all other positive, high-vibration emotions.
— you tend to ruminate on the past. This keeps your subconscious mind in a negative feedback loop. It also contracts your energy, instead of expanding it.
— you will do the familiar, and the safe. Manifesting requires you to constantly step out into the unknown.
Spirit-based manifestation gets blocked because your nervous system can’t hold the high-vibrational signal.
If you find yourself getting stressed, immediately try to down-regulate. This will make you calm, grounded, present, peaceful.
