When it feels like it’s going wrong

This is the third email in the series about how to change your negative subconscious belief patterns and manifest properly.

When you adopt the mentality of grit — of perseverance and dedication — and decide you won’t give up on changing your brain, no matter what, you then need to know about the Law of Polarity.

Once you change your brain and energy, and create positive subconscious belief systems and begin to manifest positive changes in your life, it can feel at first as if everything is going against you.

Let me assure you, it’s not.

The universe is always working for you, but once you set your intention (more about this later in the series), there are often things that need to be addressed… which feels like your manifestation is being prevented from coming to fruition.

This is the Law of Polarity at work.

It isn’t preventing your manifestation from coming about. It’s giving you more clarity as to why it hasn’t yet.

Some time back, I decided to dedicate myself to being a writer. Yes, I know I have written a bestselling book, so you might think this is a strange intention for me. But I have never truly seen myself as a writer, I’ve been infrequent with writing, and have disliked the process of it.

It was more of a “I need to do this because I need to express myself in this way,” situation. Rather than it being a joyful and free-feeling activity.

Shortly after I set this intention, my eye sight suddenly became very bad. I could barely read or write. After a visit to the eye doctor, I was diagnosed with extremely dry eyes, which causes blurry vision, extreme tiredness, and an avoidance of wanting to read or write.

According to my eye doctor, I have had this issue for a very long time. No wonder why I have not enjoyed the writing process for most of my life!

After three red-light treatments for dry eyes and knowing a quick massage technique if they get a bit dry again, I write now with ease and joy. Words fly from my mind, through my fingers and appear on the screen. I’m astounded how many words I can write in a session, and how amazing it feels.

Another example from my life… I also set the intention to become an excellent sleeper. I have struggled frequently with bad sleep throughout my life, often waking several times throughout the night and feeling tired throughout the day.

This manifestation also seemingly got worse before it got better.

My sleep became extremely fractured. I was waking every 45 minutes to an hour. I was lying awake at night for a long time (I never used to do this; I’d wake up a lot but easily go back to sleep), I felt extremely hot at night, I felt wired.

But because I knew of the Law of Polarity I did not fret. I did not worry. I knew my intention had to come about, and I was staying firm and calm and steady. Fear is the antithesis to a good night’s sleep. Although my sleep was dreadful, I held steady in my love-based vibration.

Like my intention of being a writer, information started to come to me. I was given the clarity of why I wasn’t sleeping well, and now I sleep like a baby. I love sleep so much!

I have manifested things that did not involve the Law of Polarity. I’m sure you have, as well. The Law of Polarity isn’t activated every time.

But when it is, when your intention for your manifestation seems to be going in the opposite direction, stay calm, steady and strong in your vibration. Be grateful for the contrast. Don’t force or try to find the information. Let it find you.
