If you want to change your life you need to change your vibrational reality.
Vibrational reality is primary, the true reality. Physical reality is a consequence of vibrational reality.
To change your life then, you need to change your energy.
If you are familiar with my work, you’ll know I recommend a daily practice of balancing your chakras. This quickly changes your energy and your life. But I’m assuming you already know this, and want to go further …
The next practice I advocate is sitting in silence.
This is not only because being “silent” reveals to you the true nature of your self, one of chakras, an energy field, a soul, and a spirit. It also dissolves the “physical you” and your negative and limited subconscious belief systems, and when you do this, you are able to draw close to your spirit and “see” who you truly are.
I call this “seeing through the eyes of spirit.”
Your spirit is also the gatekeeper of your soul blueprint. Your soul blueprint is located in your chakra 8. Your soul blueprint contains energy and information about your soul purpose. And when you get still, dissolve yourself, override your limiting and negative belief systems, you can begin to look at yourself through the eyes of your spirit and see what you truly came here to do and be.
If you aren’t already sitting in silence daily, start with 10 minutes, and then increase this.
There are many mindfulness meditations and apps available nowadays to help you with this.
You can’t know your soul purpose. You can’t begin to see that vibrational reality is the true reality and that the physical is merely a consequence of it. You can’t begin to dissolve your belief in limit and cultivate one of limitlessness if you don’t know how to get still and be silent.
