How to always make the right decision

All negative emotions are a derivative of fear. All positive emotions are a derivative of love. Make sure you are feeling grounded, safe, peaceful, stable, open-hearted, and clear-headed before any decision.

Particularly, the important ones.

Due to the primordial brain and its “negative bias,” our brains are wired towards negative emotions, thoughts, and actions … This is something we need to accept — it’s easier to be negative than positive.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t change our vibration to positivity, and at some point, have positive emotions, thoughts, and actions as our default.

If you wake up in a funk, and have, for example, a pressing email you need to get to, don’t yet respond. Instead, do what will regulate you back into high vibrational feelings.

For me, these are:

— A morning meditation, for at least an hour, consisting of mindfulness, chakra work, and visualizations.

— Movement — dancing, rowing, pilates, cleaning.

— Gratitude for the life that I am creating in vibrational reality, the life I’m visualising and living in 5D reality.

No matter what you desire to manifest, create and experience in your life — love, money, abundance, success, peace, health, joy, changes in physical appearance, a great decision — it all comes from a shift in perspective of yourself and your reality.

It all comes from your energy. Your high-vibe energy.

Your high-vibe decision will not only benefit you. Its ripple effect will create positivity, beauty, light, clarity, and love for others.
