Manifesting only happens when you vibrationally become what you want to have. The Law of Resonance means we must be resonating with it to have it.
Most of us already understand this.
But how do you practically do this? Do you know the manifesting formula?
Remember: it’s frequency first, then form.
Let’s start with understanding frequency … What does your frequency consist of?
Your frequency = your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind makes up around 98% of what you are vibrationally emitting. Therefore, it’s important to:
— Sit in silence to transmute negative subconscious beliefs into positive ones
— Sit in silence to create brain and heart coherence (high-vibration)
— Sit in silence to be “shown” your true desires and life purpose
Your subconscious mind consists of feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.
Your frequency = your feelings + your thoughts + your behaviours.
All three need to be aligned for you to send a clear vibrational signal. If all three aren’t aligned, the signal is distorted. And the universe cannot give you what you want.
Changing your energy means:
— Generate the feelings of the desire fulfilled
— Make sure your thoughts are aligned, too, and not contrary
— And make sure to behave as if it’s already happened.
Most people who are familiar with manifesting understand the part about feelings and thoughts. They generate high-vibing feelings and practice mindfulness to keep their thoughts aligned with their high-vibe feelings.
But many neglect the behaviour part … they aren’t pausing and checking in with themselves before they take action in life, any action, to see if it’s aligned with their desired frequency.
Here’s a common example.
You are working on feeling more abundant. You meditate; you generate feelings of being abundant, free, and happy; you monitor your thoughts.
But, you walk past a restaurant, one that you love, one that is beautiful with beautiful food and you balk because you think it’s too expensive for you, and decide not to dine there. See — you are giving the universe contrary signals.
Here’s another one.
You are working on losing weight. You meditate; you generate feelings of being happy, beautiful, and secure in yourself; you monitor your thoughts.
But you fret and weigh yourself several times a day. Again, you are giving the universe contrary signals.
Remember, the formula is — feelings + thoughts + behaviours.
