These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of belindadavidson.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by Belinda Davidson International Pty Ltd (“Belinda Davidson,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer digital audio meditations, the Weekly Energy Sessions subscription, and the Find Your Light book (sold through third-party retailers). Product descriptions, features, and prices are shown on the Site and may change from time to time.
4. Important disclaimer
Belinda Davidson’s energy sessions, intuitive and mystic work, meditations, articles, poems, and other content are provided for personal, spiritual, reflective, and general wellbeing purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and no specific results or outcomes are promised or guaranteed. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing, and if you have any health or other concerns you should consult a suitably qualified professional. You use our content and services at your own discretion.
5. Subscriptions and billing
The Weekly Energy Sessions are offered as a recurring subscription (currently USD $15 per month). By subscribing, you authorise us and our billing provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your customer account; cancellation and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may be updated from time to time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment and subscription providers.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
All content on the Site and in our products — including audio meditations, text, articles, poems, images, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to Belinda Davidson International Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase or access our digital products, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use them for your own personal use only. You must not copy, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform or broadcast, or create derivative works from our content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
