This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through belindadavidson.com from Belinda Davidson International Pty Ltd. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Digital meditations (audio products)

Our meditations are digital products delivered electronically, and access is granted immediately after purchase. For this reason they are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. That said, we want you to be happy — if something isn’t right, contact us at hello@belindadavidson.com and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Weekly Energy Sessions (subscription)

You can cancel your Weekly Energy Sessions subscription at any time through your customer account, and your cancellation stops any future billing. We do not provide refunds for the current or previous billing periods. When you cancel, you keep access to the sessions for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you simply will not be billed again.

3. Find Your Light book

The Find Your Light book is sold through third-party retailers (such as Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, eBooks.com, and Booktopia), not directly by us. Any refunds, returns, or exchanges for the book are handled under the policy of the retailer you purchased from — please contact them directly.

4. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you (including in the EU and UK). If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the above.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a purchase, email hello@belindadavidson.com with your order number and details, and we will get back to you.
