Mindfulness? Or manifesting?
There’s no contradiction between the practice of mindfulness and manifestation.
They may seem to clash, because they focus on different layers of the spiritual experience. But they don’t.
Mindfulness is about the present moment. But it’s not passive.
Manifesting is about creating your desired future. But it includes presence.
Many people misunderstand, thinking: “Manifestation is wanting the future; mindfulness is rejecting the future.”
However, mindfulness doesn’t reject future desires. It advocates not being ruled by them.
But so does manifestation …
If you are attached, you can’t manifest. You can’t create your future, and reach your highest potential.
Mindfulness supports manifestation by:
- Clearing limiting subconscious beliefs
- Creating emotional regulation
- Strengthening intuitive decisions
- Reducing the fear and attachment that block manifestations
- Allowing coherent, grounded energy, instead of chaotic wanting
Manifestation supports mindfulness by:
- Giving your awareness a direction
- Helping you to go into the quantum field and create
- Encouraging you to constantly up-level
- Aligning you with your highest self and life purpose
- Bringing forth your greatest talents and strengths
Mindfulness + Manifestation. What a powerful combination!
